Bettina is a professional, German-trained photographer who has worked for European theatres and opera houses for years and has also built a strong reputation for her portraiture of artists and authors.

She loves the changing demands and rewarding experiences of photographing people in all kinds of set ups and is always in search of strong story telling images full of natural beauty and authenticity.

Now living in the Vancouver area, Bettina has started to work as a stills photographer on various film productions—a field related to theatre photography and yet full of exciting new challenges and possibilities.

When not on set, Bettina likes to go for a run, walks her dogs on the beach or enjoys her yoga practice.
